LABOR ALLOWANCE PLAN

LABOR COVERAGE FOR SYSTEMS UNDER MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

NOBODY COVERS YOU LIKE HOME WARRANTY

Repairs are sometimes needed on newly installed heating and cooling systems that are under a manufacturer’s warranty. Those warranties will cover the parts-but not always the labor.

Our affordable 5-year plans will pay for covered labor costs associated with those needed repairs.* The Labor Allowance Plan covers the following systems:

  • Furnace ($200/5 yrs )

  • Boiler ($200/5 yrs)

  • Air Handler ($200/5 yrs)

  • Evaporator Coil and Condenser Unit ($200/5 yrs)

  • Heating and Cooling Unit ($350/5 yrs)

When you call us with questions or for service, you will speak to an actual person with little wait time—95% of our calls are answered in less than 1 minute.
